Real Estate POA
Unlike a general Power of Attorney, a Real Estate Power of Attorney (POA) is used for a very specific purpose, that being to have a trusted person handle your real estate transaction for you. These are great to use in the event one or more of the parties to the transaction are unable to attend closing. We tailor this document to be very limited and specific. If you purchasing a property and financing through a traditional lender, be sure to get approval from your lender before you use a Power of Attorney.
